He leverages a diverse and extensive career of cross-sector experience to drive growth, navigate complex landscapes, execute high-stakes operations globally and is renowned for his ability to successfully partner public and private entities in highly productive endeavors.

At the domestic and international levels, Sam has a proven track record of orchestrating high-profile operations and strategy for the highest echelons of the U.S. government and politics. His extensive advance work for the White House spans the globe, having served: President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, First Lady Michelle Obama, Second Lady Jill Biden and presidential candidates Senator John Kerry and Senator John Edwards (to name a few) and high-profile celebrity surrogates. In addition, Sam has served as a trusted political and strategic advisor for federal, state, county, and city legislators across the United States, shaping policy, operations, strategic initiatives, political strategies, fixing complex and sensitive issues and campaign strategies.

As an entrepreneur and corporate strategist, Sam has scaled companies across diverse industries, specializing in operational efficiency, capital sourcing, sourcing complex commodities, driving cross-functional leadership, fostering complex relationships, fixing complex and sensitive issues and a serial entrepreneur at the core he is continuously launching and scaling new business ventures. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Y Group a holding company and firm delivering an array of services to governments, corporations, and non-profits globally, is a Partner at BVM WCM a concessions company at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Print1Way, a commercial ink and toner provider and serves a Member and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary of the Illinois Association for Global Trade. As the former Chief Operating Officer of RVS a parking management and consulting firm, he successfully scaled the company growing the business threefold during his tenure and was the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Moxie Strategies a company that produced high-profile charity events for underserved charities and had received countless accolades from media outlets for their projects.

Sam holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government, International Relations and Government, and Film from DePaul University. His academic excellence earned him induction into Pi Sigma Alpha the National Political Science Honor Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He is also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
